MESSAGE TO ITI TRAINEES AND ALUMNI

From the President

It gives me immense pleasure to extend my warm greetings to all the students of our Institute. You are the future skilled workforce of our nation, and your dedication, hard work, and commitment to learning will pave the way for a successful career and a brighter future.

To our current trainees, I would like to say that you are fortunate to be receiving technical education during a time when skilled manpower is in great demand. Industries are rapidly evolving with modern technologies, automation, digital systems, renewable energy, advanced manufacturing, and smart infrastructure. The opportunities available today are greater than ever before. However, success requires dedication, discipline, continuous learning, and a positive attitude.

Technical education is not only about acquiring skills but also about developing discipline, confidence, and a positive attitude towards work. I encourage each one of you to make the best use of the opportunities available, continuously improve your knowledge, and strive for excellence in your chosen trade.

We are proud of our alumni who are working as electricians ensuring uninterrupted power supply, fitters maintaining industrial machinery, welders contributing to infrastructure development, mechanics servicing modern vehicles, computer operators managing digital systems, and technicians supporting advanced industrial operations. Their contributions may not always be visible to the public, but they are essential to the smooth functioning of our nation's economy.

Many of our former trainees are serving in prestigious organizations in the public and private sectors. Some are employed in manufacturing industries, power plants, railways, construction companies, Automobile Industries, Steel Plants, telecommunications, information technology services, renewable energy projects, and infrastructure development organizations. Others have established successful businesses and have become entrepreneurs, creating employment opportunities for many people.

To all our alumni, I want to convey that your institute celebrates your achievements and values your continued connection with us. Your success stories motivate our current trainees to dream bigger and work harder. Whenever you share your experiences, visit the campus, guide students, or participate in placement and career activities, you contribute to the growth of future generations.
