MESSAGE TO ITI TRAINEES AND ALUMNI

From the Secretary

Dear Trainees, Alumni, Faculty Members, Industry Partners, and Well-Wishers,

It gives me immense pleasure and pride to address all the trainees and former trainees of our Industrial Training Institute. Every year, hundreds of young boys and girls enter our institution with dreams in their eyes and determination in their hearts. They come from different backgrounds, villages, towns, and cities, but they share one common goal—to build a better future through skill, dedication, and hard work.

Technical education plays a vital role in the development of a nation. The strength of a country depends not only on its natural resources but also on the skills and capabilities of its people. ITIs have become the backbone of India's skill development mission by producing trained technicians, electricians, fitters, welders, Electronic mechanics, computer operators, and many other skilled professionals who contribute significantly to the nation's growth.

Remember that technical skills alone are not enough. Employers also look for honesty, punctuality, teamwork, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and professional ethics. Therefore, while mastering your trade, also focus on developing your personality and character. The habits you develop during your

I encourage every trainee to make full use of the facilities, workshops, laboratories, libraries, and practical training opportunities provided by the institute. Learn from your instructors, ask questions, participate actively in practical sessions, and remain curious about new technologies. Every machine you operate, every project you complete, and every lesson you learn adds value to your professional journey.

At the same time, I wish to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to our alumni who are working in different sectors across India. You are the true ambassadors of our institution. Through your dedication and professional achievements, you have demonstrated the quality of training and values imparted by our institute.

Some of our former trainees have secured positions in government departments and public sector undertakings. Others are employed in multinational corporations where they work alongside highly qualified professionals and contribute to world-class projects. Their success demonstrates that with proper training, commitment, and perseverance, ITI passout can achieve remarkable professional growth.

I encourage our alumni to remain connected with the institute and support the development of current trainees. Your practical knowledge of industry requirements can help students understand workplace expectations and prepare for successful careers.

In today's competitive environment, continuous skill upgradation is essential. Technologies are changing rapidly, and professionals must adapt to new tools, systems, and methods. Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.

India is moving toward becoming a global manufacturing and innovation hub. Initiatives related to skill development, industrial growth, infrastructure expansion, digital transformation, renewable energy, and advanced manufacturing are creating significant opportunities for skilled professionals. ITI graduates are expected to play a crucial role in achieving these national objectives.

I also wish to emphasize the importance of workplace safety and professional ethics. A skilled professional must always prioritize safety, quality, and integrity. Following safety procedures, respecting workplace regulations, maintaining quality standards, and demonstrating ethical conduct are essential characteristics of successful professionals.

Our institute remains committed to providing quality technical education and creating opportunities for students to excel. We continuously strive to strengthen industry partnerships, improve training infrastructure, modernize equipment, and enhance learning experiences. Our goal is to prepare trainees not only for employment but also for leadership and innovation in their chosen fields.

I would like to express special appreciation to the parents and guardians who have supported their children in pursuing technical education. To our instructors and staff members, I extend my sincere gratitude for your dedication and commitment.
